Getting Started: With a quick and smooth sign up and registration process, it won’t take you long to hit the road. Here’s it how it flows

1. Make yourself available for the ride

2. Accept the booking, All the details pick up point and drop point will be the notification

3. Once accepted, navigate to pick up point

4. After reaching pickup point, Enter OTP and Start loading

5. Once Loading is completed, Stop Loading and Start trip.

6. Finally, when the drop point is reached Stop the trip

7. On payment Page, if wallet payment there will be no payment to be collected, if Cash payment, tap yes if collected, tap no if not collected

8. Give feedback for customers, and be ready for next booking

Payment: Drivers riding CitiGo owned trucks will be paid as per agreement signed between them. Payment for partners attaching own vehicle will be based on commission as per mutual discussion and total no of trips vehicle has made.
