CitizenTagger est une application pour marquer / annoter audio-contenus tels que des podcasts.

An example panel discussion is provided within the app. You are encouraged to listen to it and create audio and text-based tags. The tags will be used to index the discussion and make it easy to find for other people.

A good tag will be short and descriptive of what is happening at the current moment within the discussion. Remember: other people will use your tags to decide which bit of the show to listen to!

Another feature of the application (that is not enabled in this version), is the functionality to tag a live show.

CitizenRadio (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=uk.ac.openlab.radio.bbc) enables a person to Host their own talk-radio show using just their mobile. Listeners join via their telephones to listen and contribute. When running a show using CitizenRadio, CitizenTagger can be used to tag the content of the show by the listeners.
