Fixes issues where the QuickConnect application is not automatically launched.
Most phone models will now launch the application automatically. However, in some models, a configuration file may get downloaded instead. In such a case, click on the OPEN button the browser shows after downloading the file or click on the downloaded file in the notification bar to launch the application and complete provisioning.
