Color Blindness Self-Test , is a Color Vision Deficiency test based on Ishihara plates. The most innovation in this application is that it simulates the clinical test as stated in the instruction sheet of Ishihara test.

In this release , only the numerical plates of the 38-plates version of Ishihara are used. The test starts by screening test for only 6 plates. Once the user passes the screening test, he has the rights to continue with the complete test if he has Normal Color Vision , or he is advised to complete the test if he has less than 6 points in the screening test.

The user has to write the number he could see inside the circle within only 3 seconds. After 21 numerical plates, if he has answered less than 13 correct answers he is considered to have Red-Green Color deficiency. If he answers more than 17 correct answers he is considered to have Normal color vision.
