The Consortium II Smartphone app gives you total control to Conference on the go…anytime, anywhere. Working in concert with our Consortium II Conference server, you can see your scheduled conferences and select the one you want to attend. With just the touch of a button, the system will call you back and add you to the conference. No more 800 numbers or conference codes to keep track of.

Create a Quick Conference on the go…and then add people from your contact list to the conference…the system calls them automatically and adds them to the conference.

With the Moderate Conference feature you can see who is on the conference and who is speaking. You can lock the conference or dial out to add more participants. And, while on any conference call you can select one or multiple participants from your contact list; the system will automatically dial out and add them to the conference.

And for scheduled conferences that you control, you can activate a Blast Dial Conference…the system automatically dials out to all scheduled participants (including you) and adds them to the conference. No need to dial in; everyone is automatically added to the conference, with just one touch!

To provide security and control access to your conferences, the app remembers your User ID and you just need to enter your 4 digit pin to gain access to your home page.
