CortanaAnim

This is my first step to introduce CortanaAnim (A Digital Assistant) to Android Platform so that Android user can get advantage of it.

This is very first version so that it includes only starting Animation.

But in further upgrades you all guys will find more and more stuffs.

So be calm and review my work so that I can give as much as possible.
