Our menu is creating the genre of ‘American Craft’. Large, oversized portions will be sure to catch each persons eye before the food even hits the table. Creative and unique hand ‘Craftd’ menu items centered around our IN HOUSE smoked meats will be the focal point. From our Smoked Chicken Sammy served atop ‘French Toast’ bread and an apricot habanero salsa, to our house-made Pig Candy (slow cooked bacon, topped with sweet and savory spices).
