Enter your SIP Username, SIP Password and SIP Server details to login. If your SIP Server port is not 5060 then you can use the port after SIP server address separated by ":".
For example if your SIP Server is sip.example.com and your port is 7786, SIP username is 1001 and SIP password is 1001. Then your login details will be like:
Username: 1001
Password: 1001
SIP Server: sip.example.com:7786
