Fixed CDT crashes
1. Image Downloads: If a blue square appears on a question instead of an image, the student can long press the icon to reload the image.
2. New Device Support: Some images weren't legible on a few android tablets. This has been addressed in this release.
3. Exercise Completion: Exercises will no longer end abruptly when all the questions have been attempted.
4. Performance Enhancements: Caching issues have been fixed to significantly improve the response time of the app.
