Cutlass and Coins: Platformer

Major update: Act 2 is out !
Port Royal and first 3 levels and treasure rooms are ready to discover.

Also, we fixed the most annoying bug with left/right control arrows troubles.
But still beware: some smartphone models have a touch delay near the screen borders,which causes control malfunctions.If you encounter this - move the buttons away from the edge.

Minor changes:
- fixed several bugs
- level balance slightly changed
