To ignite and inspire young minds, Daksh has a team of qualified and well-trained faculty which hail from some of the recognised academic institutes and universities.

It is to be noted that Daksh has abundant faculty base among other players in Dwarka region which enables us to allocate multiple faculty members for each subject and courses to prevent dependence on particular faculty members and ensures minimal disruptions in our operations due to absenteeism. We are also able to maintain a student–faculty ratio that helps ensure adequate supervision and effective response to each student’s need on an individual basis.

Our faculty members understand coaching methodologies, classroom delivery, evaluation methods, soft skills in communications, student psychology, mentoring, classroom management and personal development.

In addition to this, faculty members mentor our students to enhance their capabilities by identifying the strengths and weaknesses, enabling a positive approach to examinations, addressing pressure, stress levels. Further, we update our faculty members on teaching methodologies and teaching skills in order to equip them to adapt to students’ changing needs, examination trends and academic curriculum. The quality of our faculty is important to the success of our Academy and accordingly, we strive to maintain a pool of faculty with consistent quality.
