Color appreciation game for early childhood pre-school children

Defend the Sheep is a color appreciation application produced to inculcate the very crucial skills of color identification and color mixing in preschool kids.

The three main characters in the game are the evil wolves, the innocent sheep and the brave dog. The objective of the game is to save the sheep from the incoming stream of evil wolves with the dog's help.

In order to make the particular wolf disappear , player needs to vaporize it with a laser of the same color as the wolf's body color. The same can be done by the player by tapping on the correct color on the pallet. If the player taps on the incorrect color the wolf wont disappear. For example if the wolf color is red the player needs to tap on the red color on the pallet and by doing that dog will emit a laser of same color which will make the wolf disappear.

The player will earn a point when he taps the correct color on pallet and his accuracy percentage will also be calculated which is number of correct taps/ total number of taps.

The leaderboard shaped like a trophy on the main menu screen is where the scores and accuracy of all the levels is displayed. Last ten attempts on every levels will be displayed with serial order 1 being the latest played and so on.

In order to help the player further the name of the color will be spoken by the voiceover which will be a signal to the player to tap on the correct color.

Hence this application will help preschool kids particularly identify all the primary and secondary colors and will also make them understand the concept of creating secondary colors from primary colors.

Level 1 - Will help the preschool kids to learn RGB colors

Level 2 - Will help the preschool kids to learn VIBGYOR colors

Level 3 - Will help the preschool kids to learn VIBGYOR but the speed of game is faster

Level 4 - Will help the preschool kids to learn the concept of color mixing

Level 5 - Will help the preschool kids to learn the concept of color mixing at a higher speed

Help - In levels 4 and 5 the player needs to swipe two primary colors to create a secondary color. Only then the dog will shoot the correct laser The primary colors are there on the screen in form of a triangular pallet. So for example if a magenta color wolf is appearing kid needs to swipe on blue and red in that order

Cyan - Swipe from green to blue in that order

Yellow - Swipe from green to red in that order

Magenta - Swipe from blue to red in that order

White - Swipe all the three in anti clock wise manner
