We’ve changed how you interact with Deliveroo orders so that your pickers have the time they need for orders. If you start picking, we’ll do everything we can to prevent it from auto-rejecting like
- “Start picking” will update the timer to give you more time to pick
- A new 5-minute buffer period if you have run out of time while picking
- Preventing cancellations mid-pick
- An audible notification when the rider is nearby and when the 5-minute buffer starts
