Spring has officially sprung in Ilkley, so let’s celebrate the season and discover some of the characters, animals and plants that make us think of Springtime. Do you think you can track them all down? Join the search and seek out 7 virtual augmented reality seasonal scenes and characters along the way at different locations across the town centre.

Wild Explorers Trail

Available from 2nd April

This summer, become a Wild Explorer in Ilkley and track down 7 enchanted nature-themed Augmented Reality characters and experiences. Can you collect all of the magical minibeasts, cute critters and fantastical creatures hidden at exciting locations across the town centre?

Origins of Ilkley Trail

Explore our Augmented Reality heritage trail by visiting each of the pinpointed locations on the GPS-enabled map, and discover more about the fascinating people, places and events that shaped Ilkley through the centuries.

Features:

- Seasonal Augmented Reality trails to enjoy across Ilkley Town Centre

- GPS enabled map so you can find your way around the Town Centre and ‘capture’ the seasonal characters

- The function to take photos or videos of family and friends with AR characters in the scene

- ‘Adopt a Character’ feature which enables you to keep each AR character to use and enjoy at home
