The DOMKIN consists of two English words. One is DOM, short form of DOMESTIC and another is KIN. It means (Domestic Kin)Family Relatives.

DomKin is the coordinated effort to change domestic labor into institutional shape. It is working for professional excellence, social justice and social development for the workers to live with dignity by providing technical education and Training.

DomKin is working In compliance with “Domestic Workers Protection and Welfare policy, 2015 and Bangladesh labor law 2006.

EMPLOYMENT OUTSOURCING:

DomKin is outsourcing the employment in domestic labor sector managing registration, appointment agreement and inspection. DOMKIN strongly working for advanced family culture, security and safety, well -tailored relationship and standard working environment in the Domestic labor Sector.

INFORMATION PRESERVATION:

(A) District Commissioner Office, Office of the regional Executive officer of city corporations/chief executive officer, office of the Cantonment Executive Officer, and office of the Upazila Nirbahi Officer.

(B) Office of the mayor and Chairman of Local Government.

EMPLOYMENT MANAGEMENT:

(A) Education (B) Training (C) (internship (D) Counseling (E) Monitoring and Inspection (F) Reporting

As per DOMKIN wage and benefits policy.

QUALIFICATION:

Education: Primary Education Certificate – Graduates /Masters

Age: 14+
