This is an android application for aiding electrical engineers who work for Utility companies and building services engineering consultancies to quickly perform design and checking calculations on BS/IEC 60255 IDMT relays without the need of gaining any internet connection. Three functions are offered in this tool:

1. Calculation of relay operation time where you will enter the Time Multiplier Setting (TMS), the Fault current magnitude (I_f) and the relay current setting (I_s) - this is the most common method used by protection engineers

2. Calculation of relay operation time where you will enter the Time disconnection Setting (TD), the Fault current magnitude (I_f) and the relay current setting (I_s) - this is one of the second common method used by protection engineers when they employ the use of SEPAM or equivalent relays

3. Calculation of secondary injection current value into the CT where you will enter the CT Primary, CT Secondary and the relay current setting (I_s) - it will give you the recommended injection current value into the secondary of the CT

As many engineers in the UK use Schneider's VIP300 which does not use TMS or TD calculations, a look up table for equivalent TMS values versus VIP300's protection settings has been included for easy reference.
