Why is my whistle not working? - You must hit a dragon with the whistle in hand (don't worry, it won't harm it) to select it and then it will work. The dragon must be standing or flying.

Where can I find dragon eggs? - Dragons do not reproduce naturally. Instead, you have to find their nests that are found in certain biomes.

Water dragon nests spawn in swamps, sunlight dragon nests spawn in deserts, fire dragon nests spawn on extreme hills, etc. Regardless of how rare those nests may be, they spawn. There are no broken nests.

How come I can't make an amulet? - This is commonly asked when using JEI. Empty charms have a recipe and the specific type of charms does not. That shape is only assumed when a dragon is trapped in the amulet.

How do I hatch a dragon? - You can pick up an egg by hitting it. When you try to pick it up, make sure it is a block and not an entity.

Place your egg in the designated area, right click and wait for the egg to start shaking.

The hatching process takes about an hour. Make sure you are in chunks loaded or else the egg will freeze on time and take longer to hatch. Eggs will not be lost if you leave the area.
