Hello Dweller!

Tap the weapon icon (upper right corner) to open the perk pocket, where you can modify your loadout. Double tap to equip/remove it. There are 3 types of perks: Behavior Perks that changes your throwing Axe to a Bomb for instance (red), Magical Perks that adds elemental Damage like Burning and Frost (violet) and Stat Perks (white) that increase attributes like projectile speed, penetration or attack speed. You can equip only 1 Red and only 1 Violet perk, but as many white Perks as You Please.
