1. Screen printing using panty hose

Step 1 - Create a design for your screen print. Make sure that your embroidery hoop is large enough for your design.

Step 2 - Stretch the nylon or the panty hose over the hoop so that it is taut.

Step 3 - Trace your design using a a permanent pen.

Step 4 - Using Mod Podge, paint the “negative space,” or, the space that you do not want to be painted.

Step 5 - Fill in the whole area, making sure there are no holes or gaps. Let dry completely.

2. Photo Emulsion Method

Step 1 - Stretching the frame.

Step 2 - Spreading the Emulsion.

Step 4 - Develop your Screen.
