The following Term and Conditions govern your visit and use of this website and your offer to purchase offered products herein. ECS reserves the right to change any of these terms without prior notice. You are encouraged to read these terms before placing an order.

Product Pricing

All prices are quoted in Pak Rupees (PKR) unless expressed otherwise.

Prices include sales tax where applicable.

ECS can change prices at its own discretion without prior notice.

Every effort is made to ensure correct pricing and product description, however in case of discrepancy ECS cannot be held responsible.

Availability

ECS cannot guarantee availability of any products at any time for immediate delivery.

ECS reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.

Delivery

All deliveries are subject to stock availability and payment authorization.

Free delivery is provided upon purchase over Rs. 1500 (Rupees one thousand and five hundred). For purchases less than that delivery cost of Rs. 200 (Rupees two hundred) is charged.

We will endeavour to deliver orders within 3 to 7 working days subject to provision of a valid address within Pakistan. However force majeure events might delay or render impossible any deliveries.

No dispatches can be made on weekends, gazetted holidays and outside normal business hours.

In case of COD (cash on delivery), delivery shall only be made against cash payment in full.

A signature will be required upon delivery of goods to you.

If no person is present at the delivery address provided by you during normal working hours, goods will be returned to us by the courier. Next delivery after your confirmation will be on your cost.

ECS uses TCS and Leopard courier as delivery partners.
