Ejen Ali tells of a low school student who accidentally involves himself in the world of perisikan. It all started when Dos was a malicious agent who tried to steal a high-tech tool that was able to change the world that I.R.I.S (Infinity Retinal Intelligence System) was stolen from the training center M.A.T.A (Meta Advance Tactical Agency). When Dos tried to hand the tool over to his friend, without having been designed Ali got a package containing I.R.I.S. Dos and Trez tried to get it back but in that incident Ali had activated the IRIS system so that only he was able to use the tool. Therefore, Ali was forced to become the new secretary of M.A.T.A and save Bandar Cyberaya rather than any threat of danger. Instead of exploring his new task later, Ali will meet his true potential.
