A simple issue logging application specifically designed for facility admins.

ENSAFE is an issue logging and tracking application specifically designed for facility admins. The application provides a simple interface to report facility issues and incidents with options to attach photos, videos and files.

Traditionally admins use paper forms to record issues which are hard to fill and error prone. The forms are also difficult to maintain, track, archive and retrieve. This application eliminates paper work and simplifies the reporting process. Issues can be reported by just filling out a simple form giving primary details of the issue. The application gives the option to upload Images, audio and video files as supporting a document while reporting issues. The Admin can monitor the issues logged, by keeping track of the issues that have been solved and open. The application can also be used to take reports of the issues logged by selecting a time period.

How it works:

The entire system consists of two parts a Mobile application and a website. The mobile application would be used to primarily log issues and it can also be used to check the current status of the open issues.

Logging Issues:

Use the mobile app for logging issues related to safety, environment etc.

1. Select the type of issue you want to log.

2. Fill the form giving details of the issue. Upload a photo, audio or video if you wish to provide more evidence of the issue while reporting.

3. Log the issue

Tracking and closure of the issues:

Issues logged in from the mobile app would immediately available on the website. The admin can review the issue and additional information or fill up more forms as per the standards of the individual organisation standards. The admin can then assign the issue to a different user or can start working on resolution of the issue. Once the issue is resolved the status is updated back to the system and the issue is archived for future reference.
