Event Planner helps you with your event planning by helping you to keep track of the individual events you are planning and their associated tasks and costs.
You can plan different types of events which makes them easier to distinguish on the main summary screen. This comes in handy if your are a pro or planning multiple events at a time.
The main summary screen will show you all your events as well as the time remaining before the event dates and also the amount of tasks remaining for that event. This can help you to see how you are doing in terms of time and can help you to prioritize action and attention across your events.
For each event you can add and edit tasks as well as assign costs to individual tasks. Adding cost to a task is optional but can be useful if the task has a clear cost such as “buy food” or “rent chairs”. You can also obviously have no cost for a tasks and you can also have cost items that are not assigned to a task.
