What is @event?

@event is a Sport mobile platform that enables the user to register to sport events, order merchandise and pay. The platform was created in order to save you time and provide you accessibility to many businesses under one platform.

why downloading many applications when it is possible to use only one for everything?

The Israeli Triathlon Association and Israeli Swimming Association are using the platform as well as other sport event organisers, many sports brands and Triathlon Training Groups.

How does it work?

Simply select the relevant business based on specific category . Choose from a variety of menu items and add them to your cart. When you are done, click "checkout" and type in your credit card information for payment. Even better, create an @event account and securely store your credit card on file for easy one-click payment at checkout. Once you have paid, a message will prompt, telling you when your order will be delivered or when and where to pick up your order. It's that easy!

How long does it take to get my order delivered?

The answer depends on the business and the amount of orders that are currently being served business at each. You are prompted with the current delivery time on the confirmation of your order.

What is the alcohol policy?

You must be 21 years of age or older to order alcohol. Upon delivery or pick up of your order your must present your valid ID to receive your order.

Once I have submitted my order can I make any changes?

Unfortunately once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed. Please contact us if you need any help.

Is @event secure?

Yes. @event is using the latest technology of PCI Compliance and encrypted, we have the most stringent level of security to protect all of our users.

Credit card information will not be saved in the Mobile ONLY Token will be saved in order to protect you.
