The CPF Challenge has completely Evolved! The new version, Evolve21, features new wellness programs, greater accessibility, and a much simpler way to fundraise.

Now, for twenty one days, you can choose from all these 7 minute workouts!
- Cardio (High Intensity, Agility, or Strength)
- Yoga (Balance, Tone, Flow)
- Meditation (about 7 minutes each)

Choose one type of exercise for all 21 days, or mix things up to create the evolution that works for you.
