Familiar is a minimal tool for helping you keep track of habits you want to build. Its simple and intuitive interface gets out of your way and allows you to flexibly manage your long-term goals.

HOW IT WORKS

• Create a habit: Use familiar to create a habit and set how often and how long you want to work on it (e.g. read a book for 30 minutes a day, 3 times a week). Remember to start small and build up.

• Use your timers to stay focused: Throughout the week, spawn timers for your tasks to stay focused and your familiar will notify you when you're done.

• At the start of a new week, start fresh: Reset your progress, make any adjustments, and start fresh! If you didn't make your goals try again with a smaller duration or frequency. If you did, amp it up a little!
