EMS (Electro Muscular Stimulation) technology from Miha Bodytec will stimulate 8 large muscle groups to contract when the low electric impulse flows to the muscles. No need to worry because EMS has been proven as safe and effective in helping the formation of muscle. EMS technology gives no pressure in joints and this makes EMS safer than other conventional types of training.

HOW WE MAKE YOU FIT

Miha Bodytec will send electrical impulse to your muscles through specialized vest. The impulse will contract muscles for a few seconds and let it relax for a few seconds. Our Professional Personal Trainers are specially trained to operate Miha Bodytec while adjusting it to your fitness goals. 20 minutes will be an intense workout for your muscles but just in a few times training, you could see how fit and different you are.
