Many people associate this with being overweight, but the fact of the matter is that it works both ways. You have to meet in the middle where you are a good weight without being overweight. Elderly people who are underweight are also prone to becoming frail and suffering from osteoporosis or hip fractures. Men have an increase chance of erectile dysfunction.
