• Once you have completed the simple registration process, reporting your car or van breakdown is easy and takes less than 15 seconds

• With the app we will know exactly where you are thanks to your smart phone’s built in GPS

• We will call you back and confirm your details, saving you the cost of the phone call

• Customers with hearing or speech difficulties can use the additional notes section for special requests such as ‘Please only communicate by text message’ on the App

• When help is on its way, you will receive a message confirming who will be attending and how long they will be.

If you don’t have Geoffrey Insurance breakdown cover already call us on 01227 284 020 to add it to your policy for as little as £30 per year. Alternatively, use the app to call out our Pay-on-Use breakdown service at £90 per call out plus £3 per mile for towing.
