Enhanced toolset for creating and finding geocaches
This is an enhanced toolset for creating and finding geocaches, going beyond what other apps currently offer. Many of these tools provide features to an Android phone that are only offered on higher-end GPSrs.

- Added Vigenere encrypt/decrypt functionality (need to know cypher key to decrypt).
- Now that much of the functionality is working as expected, cleaning up the UI to be more appealing to the eye. This first step is only on the main screen. Please provide feedback on how you think it looks.
- Added about dialog to provide version number being used along with proper crediting of imaging.
