The GERAS Aged Care Management mobile application is a part of a comprehensive system designed to aid in the care of the elderly. It specifically handles the Task Management aspect of the system which enables the user to:

Update a task status from Open (default) to:

Started,

Grabbed, and

Completed (the system automatically assigns status Unfinished on overdue tasks)

Monitor tasks assigned to him/her (tasks appear based on the role of the user)

Grab unfinished tasks from other users, and

Ungrab tasks for other users to accomplish.

A user can only view tasks assigned to his/her role, listed in four different categories based on task status:

Open Tasks

In-Progress Tasks

All Tasks
