For residential/corporate gated community, you can use GMan to maintain a directory of residents/authorized persons. You can access this directory to contact the authorized persons and, permit only authorized vehicles to enter the premises.

Features of GMan:

- Checks In and Checks Out the visitors.

- Provides you the list and details of the visitors who have checked in and haven't checked out yet. This list can be filtered based on the visitor name or the property unit visited.

- Maintains the visitors log in device memory. This log can be filtered using several parameters such as visitor name, visit purpose, check in date or the property unit visited. You have the option to clear this log on a regular basis.

- Allows you to create and modify the directory of authorized persons. For security reasons, only one trusted admin is allowed to create or modify the directory. The login credentials must be kept confidential.

- Maintains a secured vault of the details of the authorized persons and provides you with those details as needed such as:

- Connects you to the authorized person inside the property.

- Verifies the vehicle number and helps you permit the authorized persons into the property.
