Fixes:
- added admin rights / roles redefined
- fixed on open/close venue
- added horizontal/vertical interface
- added indication when SEAT delivery or FASTlane is required
- added order code in the title of the order
- introducing bar "flows" to choose from (instead of roles)
- stability improvements
