It allows you to connect to different sensors such as heart rate, cadence and also the simulator you have at home (GoCycling, Wahoo, Tacx etc) to be able to perform your workouts at any time of the day and view your performance in real time.

In addition, you can view your performance in the history section, where you will find trainings performed in the past and their statistics.
