Gondwana is without doubt one of the strongest Latin American reggae bands. Formed in Chile in 1987, the group has a very distinguished career, multi-platinum, and presentations of the best festivals in Latin America (Reggae On the River in California, Rock Park in Bogota, Vive Latino in Mexico, Pepsi Music in Buenos Aires Cosquin Rock in Cordova, Quito Fest in Ecuador and several appearances at the Festival of Viña del Mar witness its massive impact).

The band released their first DVD, recorded live in Buenos Aires in August 2009, celebrating its 23 year history. It was a flawless show where all their albums, classic hits and was walked with several special guests. The DVD will finally be released in the month of April this year and will be released on CD and CD + DVD.

From 1997 to date they have released five studio albums, an album compiled of Dub-three, all with US launch. His discography has been published around the world through RAS Records label specializing joining date total sales of over 450,000 copies: 9 Platinum status in Chile, and approximately 800 concerts history.

Topics include Original Feeling, Chainga Langa, Harmony of Love, Antonia, Yellow or Green and Red Sweet Love, are classics that have not only crossed the barrier of time to become anthems of the new song, but have diluted transmitting boundaries musical forcefulness in the 17 countries where they have touched. The last three years the group of 10 musicians reformulated has covered numerous international stage with his music. Countries of Central America and Europe have witnessed his talent and force, becoming the Chilean band most international activity. It is one of the bands that lead the movement latin reggae, alongside the Cafres and Prophetic Culture.
