Fixed some dialog issues.
Deleting Posts now are removing them from the list they were deleted form (feed, profile, etc).
Fixed pagination on notification list.
Changed text input to Uppercase first letter of every sentence.
Validating if email is registered in first register step.
A user removing himself from an event now properly removes it from his list of events.
