Preserve timestamp data in tags in trackpoints and waypoints.

Bug fixes:
If all tracks being averaged have the same name, the result keeps that name.
When joining tracks, if one track has a name and the other does not, the result always uses the name of the track that had a name.
GPX output no longer has a space after the "lat" attribute name of trackpoints.
