  You can, it's okay. If you cannot understand japanese just go with the flow of tge game and you can roughly guess what they are saying. That's how I play games with japanese language. I can understand a little bit but I can't read. So this is where I start to use my method.

I tried playing god eater was straight lost right after tutorial lmao. great game though if you can understand where to go and what to do.
