The H&M DWR application is custom built software to assist company field personnel in reporting work order status, work progress, equipment usage, overhead account time, and work time. The application is designed to authenticate users and enforce company security features, while enhancing the productivity of field teams by alleviating administrative burdens.

Once verified with internal systems, field technicians can verify and submit work orders, cost codes, unit codes, crew members, and time spent on work. Data can be entered into the application while disconnected, while data synchronization occurs when a secure connection is obtained.
