QR Codes are generated from the forms, which can be posted around the facility or attached to assets, so anyone (without training or setup) can provide critical information back to the facility.

Healthcare Risk has a file cabinet so specific policies and procedures can be viewed from any device. Post all of your building plans or Safety Data Sheets in one location- see them from any device. The documents can also be bluetoothed from the app to anyone with a smartphone, so they can access critical information wherever and whenever they need it.

Healthcare Risk has a Learning Management System that allows companies to create their training programs with videos and documents. A quiz generator enables companies to test and record the trainees to ensure comprehension of the training. Trainees are notified of the training and, when completed, the platform generates a Certificate of Completion.

In addition, external training can also be uploaded so that all training certifications are managed in a single location.

All of the information generated produces custom dashboards designed to pinpoint issues, track progress, and benchmark results. The dashboards can be configured for different levels within the organization as well as by facility.
