Place finger cover entire camera.

Start session. After a second or two you will see the blood flow like a wave.

Do not press any sensor too hard or you will restrict circulation which will result in an inaccurate reading.

Remain calm and try not to move too much during the measurement.

Since the mobile and sensor like camera are not professional acquisition equipment don’t expect too much accuracy.

Heart Flow calculate your heart's the same approach used by professional equipment.

Accuracy constantly tested by coaches, doctors, athletes and more.

Internet connection is not needed but strongly recommended.

Your confidential data are kept safe in your phone. We did not save the data on the cloud. If you want to do this, go to sessions and do this manually.
