HelloDesk establishes meaningful home–school dialogue, and they expand “communication” to include more than routine practice. It is found that successful, responsive and productive schools share one common trait - they encourage, communicate and pass as much information to parents as possible.

Communication between school and home is very important to a child's success in school. HelloDesk app is enabled for receiving information published by the school. Information such as school-wide announcements and notifications, and those specific to a particular class, homework of different subjects, marklist of a student, calendar of events and holidays can be published by the school, and is available using the HelloDesk app. The app also facilitates receiving alerts as soon as a new information has been published.

HelloDesk app also compliments the online application used to publish school-wide and class-wise announcements, homework, students' marklist, calendar of events and holidays of the school. HelloDesk app facilitates upload of school-wide and class-wise announcements as well as the homework.

The online application as well as the HelloDesk app are free to use by both schools and parents.
