This app uses text-to-speech (TTS) engine to pronounce the words and for verbal instructions. Google text-to-speech engine is the preferred engine. Please install Hindi text-to-speech data when prompted by the app.

The initial chapters help you learn Hindi alphabets using flashcards. Select a letter and browse through the examples. The app will allow you to move to the next level after completing the exam. Please go through the chapter before attempting the exam. You must make less than 3 mistakes to pass the exam.

Feel free to tab around on images and text to read it aloud.

After letters, the next sections will ask you to make simple words using letters. Drag the available letter and put them in the correct order to make the word. To get the hint tap on given image. You can also tap on the letters and half made word to pronounce it. When you think you wrote the word tap on check button.

After simple words, you will be introduced to "Matra/मात्रा". Hindi vowels can be added to the consonant to create various pronunciation. It is called Barahkhadi/बारहखड़ी. Please go through all the consonant + vowels combinations and their example to learn it.

Next section will ask you to write more words, this time with consonant and vowel combination.

The last section will introduce you with "Half consonant". Please go through all combinations and examples before moving forward.

The last word creation sections will ask you to write words with the vowels, consonants, half consonants, and combinations.

This app can be a good way to introduce your kids to Hindi.

यह ऐप आपको देवनागरी लिपि से परिचय करता है। देवनागरी लिपि का प्रयोग न केवल हिंदी द्वारा किया जाता है बल्कि अन्य भारतीय भाषाओं जैसे संस्कृत, मराठी और नेपाली आदि द्वारा किया जाता है।

शुरुआती अध्याय आपको चित्रों का उपयोग करके हिंदी अक्षरों को सीखने में सहायता करते हैं। हिंदी शब्दावली को वर्णमाला भी कहा जाता है। एक पत्र का चयन करें और उदाहरणों के माध्यम से ब्राउज़ करें। बहु-विकल्प प्रश्नों के उत्तर देने के बाद ऐप आपको अगले अध्याय में जाने की अनुमति देगा। गलती किए बिना सवालों के जवाब देने के लिए अध्याय को अच्छी तरह से अध्ययन करें। परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने के लिए आपको 3 से कम गलतियां करनी होंगी।

सरल शब्दों के बाद, आपको "मात्राओं" से परिचय कराया जाएगा। विभिन्न उच्चारण बनाने के लिए व्यंजन में हिंदी स्वरों को जोड़ा जा सकता है। इसे बारहखड़ी कहा जाता है। कृपया सभी व्यंजन और स्वर संयोजनों का अध्ययन करें और इसे सीखने के लिए उनके उदाहरण को अच्छे से देखें।

अगला अनुभाग आपको व्यंजन और स्वर संयोजन के साथ इस बार और अधिक शब्द लिखने के लिए कहेंगे।

अंतिम खंड आपको "अर्ध व्यंजनों" से परिचय करेगा। आगे बढ़ने से पहले कृपया सभी संयोजनों और उदाहरणों के माध्यम से जाएं।
