Impossible Rainbow Road 2

* Rename from "Loopy Dash" to "Impossible Rainbow Road 2".
* Rebuilt to fix a rare crash on startup.
* Add a 3-second delayed start of a run and show a hint.
* Show full-screen ads in the home menu less frequently, not twice in a row.
(And as before, not after a new high score.)
* The running score grows even when the ball's flying above the track.
* Reduced the small amount of stutter reported by one person. (Happens mainly in the first few seconds of play.)
