Added support for Marshmallow, Android's latest operating system. This resolved an issue where the PDSA adapter's would not be recognized and appliance reads would fail due to the app not having the proper permissions (a change that was made in the Marshmallow OS).
Resolved an issue where appliance reads would fail if the PDSA was removed and/or inserted while the user was on the Read Appliance Data screen.
Resolved an issue where the app would crash if the password contained an ampersand (&)
