Instructions:

Heart Rate Monitor app measures your heart rate by analyzing the blood flow on the tip of your finger.

Just place the tip of the finger of your left hand on the camera lens so it completely covers it. Then press the START button to start monitoring.

Hold your phone steady until the measurement is completed.

If you are not getting any reading, try to readjust the position of your finger and try again.
