Follow along and learn Tai Chi with Tai Chi instructor Dr. Guosheng Li as he teaches Yang style Tai Chi 8 Form. Dr Guosheng has been practicing Tai Chi for 20+ years and been teaching Tai Chi for over 5 years. He breaks down each move of the 8 Form Tai Chi into simple follow instructions split up into 13 videos making Tai Chi simple to learn.

This app uses VOW (Video Over World) technology to display the videos directly from YouTube on a semi transparent screen that follows your head movements so the video stays in view. The screen is displayed over the current input from your device's camera allowing you to see and interact with the world around you and move and follow along safely.
