Improved the user interface of the app;
Tap hold on a line of a list or on link field to show the details of the applicable actions;
Touch the top right button for displays the action menu;
Improved management of hidden/displayed columns in a catalog;
Resize the columns of a catalog by pinching and zoom the header;
Improved the way of displaying the read-only or disabled fields of a resource;
Bug fixing.
