JoyRide is a revolutionary fitness studio offering top-quality boutique classes to tone every muscle in your body while improving your state of mind! Think calorie-torching, endorphin-surged, high-energy, athletic group fitness classes for all ages and fitness levels.

In addition to our popular indoor cycling program, which includes classes like Cycle, Tabata, and CycleLIVE, we offer our variety of strengthening, lengthening and resistance classes to meet all of your fitness needs. These fall under the JoyX brand and include: Strength, Barre, Sculpt, Pilates, High-Intensity Interval Training, and BOSU®. It’s One-Stop-JOY.
