Welcome to Ju Jitsu Self Defence

Our club is based upon traditional martial art values and techniques, but dynamically adapted to todays’ self defence and fighting requirements. We have been teaching quality Ju Jitsu (also written as Jiu Jitsu) for over 35 years.

A number of our students have also competed at a National and International level within the Sport Ju Jitsu fraternity. While not our main focus, our teachings have given our male and female students the skill to represent and receive awards for England and the UK. They have also received gold, silver and bronze medals in individual competitions.
